Each dome is connected by a private corridor to the communal dome, where nourishing meals and gentle reassurances are delivered daily. Our private domes feature the comforts of a queen bed, soft cushioned frame, heated floors, air exchange, and a bathroom with a deep soaking tub. The space is intended to give you a sense of safety and comfort. You are free to move, stretch, bathe, and rest as your body feels called.

Terms and Conditions *	Acceptance of Terms By registering for and attending a retreat at Nocturna Domes Inc., you agree to these Terms & Conditions. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia. Participation is conditional upon full agreement to these Terms and the separate Legal Waiver & Assumption of Risk Agreement. Payment Terms A 20% deposit is required to secure your retreat booking. The deposit is calculated as 20% of the total retreat fee. Full payment of the remaining balance is due no later than thirty (30) days prior to the retreat start date. Failure to remit full payment by this deadline may result in forfeiture of your reservation and deposit. Cancellation Policy Cortes Island is a unique and remote destination that requires additional time, coordination, and care to plan each retreat experience. Because of this, it is essential that we receive as much notice as possible if you need to cancel, change your dates, or request to reschedule. Advance notice allows us the opportunity to offer your reserved space to another guest and ensure the sustainability of our small retreat operations. If cancellation occurs more than 30 days before the retreat start date, payments made will be fully refunded less a 3% credit card or transaction processing fee. If cancellation occurs within 14–30 days of the retreat start date, 50% of the deposit will be non-refundable. If cancellation occurs within 14 days of the retreat start date, 100% of the deposit will be non-refundable. Leaving Early You understand and agree that if you choose to leave the retreat early, for any reason, there will be no refund for unused days. There is no rescheduling for early departures. Participation Requirements All guests are required to complete a mandatory intake form prior to participation. Nocturna Domes Inc. reserves the right to refuse participation if, in its sole discretion, participation is deemed unsafe or unsuitable. Participation is voluntary. Guests may leave the retreat space at any time. Doors are never locked. Nature of the Experience You acknowledge and understand: Emotional or psychological intensity may arise during or after the retreat. This retreat is not therapy. Nocturna Domes Inc. and its facilitators are not acting as medical, psychological, or psychiatric professionals. This experience is not a substitute for therapy, medical care, or mental health treatment. You assume all physical, emotional, and psychological risks voluntarily. Substances No substances are permitted in the retreat space. This includes recreational drugs, alcohol, and any non-disclosed substances. Violation of this policy may result in immediate removal without refund. Legal Waiver Requirement Participation in any retreat at Nocturna Domes Inc. requires signing a separate Legal Waiver & Assumption of Risk Agreement. This waiver will be provided once retreat payment has been made in full. Participation will not be permitted without a signed waiver. Governing Law These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia.
